The course "Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition" will begin on October 9th.

New year starting on September 17
The new acedemic year for first year students will start on September 17, 2018, with a pre-course on an introduction to programming (C language), a recap of basic maths (mostly linear algebra), and an introduction to R language.
Admission to the selection procedure are open!

SISSA Scholarships for DSSC: call is out
SISSA is sponsoring 4 scholarships covering full support (approximatively 6000 euros per year plus 250 euros per month of refund for the rent).
Application deadline is August 31.

Training the Specialists of the Future
The project "Training the Specialists of the Future" has been launched. Companies and research institutions can fund scholarships for students, and become active part in training the specialists of the future. More information about the project can be found in the following page.
We are pleased to announce 12 scholarships for the students enrolling in the academic year 2017-2018, amounting to 2800 euros.
The scholarships, called "Training the Specialists of the Future", are funded by companies and institutions.
